ProCinema Online Shop, Swiss Association for Cinema and Film Distribution

1 Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter T&C) apply to the purchase of cinema vouchers in the online shop of ProCinema, Swiss Association for Cinema and Film Distribution, Bern (UID CHE-106.783.890; hereinafter ProCinema) by its contractual partners (hereinafter customers).

Only the T&C of ProCinema apply. ProCinema reserves the right to change the T&C. The version of the T&C valid at the time of ordering is decisive.

2 Subject Matter of Contract and Offer

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of cinema vouchers in the ProCinema online shop. The offer is directed at customers with residence / domicile in Switzerland. Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland.

The offer is valid as long as it is visible in the online shop.

3 Cinema Vouchers

The cinema vouchers entitle the holder to obtain a ticket in the best available seating category in all cinemas in Switzerland registered with the Federal Office of Culture. Excluded are box seats and additional services such as drinks, snacks, 3D glasses, etc. The vouchers are valid for all screenings within the printed validity period, including premieres, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

4 Validity Period of Cinema Vouchers

The cinema vouchers are only valid with the coupon. They have a validity period of ten years. The actual validity period is printed on the voucher. It is binding.

Unredeemed cinema vouchers cannot be exchanged. Lost cinema vouchers will not be replaced.

5 Order and Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded upon receipt of the online order by ProCinema. The customer receives a confirmation by email.

6 Prices and Payment Conditions

Prices and payment conditions are based on the conditions displayed and valid in the online shop at the time of ordering.

Prices are in Swiss Francs and, where legally required, include VAT.

Payments must be made in Swiss Francs. Selected credit cards, debit cards and TWINT are accepted as payment methods. From a certain order quantity, orders are processed on invoice. The payment methods available for each order are displayed in the online shop.

7 Registration and Data Protection

No registration is required to order in the online shop. ProCinema uses the data provided for processing the order exclusively in connection with the offer of cinema vouchers.

9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.
